Formed in 2018, the Royal Oaks Conservancy was created to protect and transform the Royal Oaks Golf Course.
The Royal Oaks Conservancy will conserve and transform the Royal Oaks Golf Course into, including but not limited to, recreational space, wildlife habitat or green space for the enjoyment of the Royal Oaks community and our Blount County neighbors
November 29, 2018 - Articles of Incorporation filed in Tennessee.
December 1, 2018 - Royal Oaks Golf Course closed for business.
December 2018 - Community meetings are held to recruit volunteers and determine interest.
January 17, 2019 - The inaugural Board of Directors is voted in and bylaws are approved.
June 22, 2019 - 501(c)(3) application approved
